A transparent tile grout calculator takeoff.
This calculator estimates grout volume from tiled area, tile face, joint width and joint depth, then divides by the selected bag yield after a visible mixing allowance.
Worked example. Example: a 12 ft × 10 ft floor of 12 × 12 in tile with 3/8 in joints 3/8 in deep needs about 0.234 ft³ of grout. With 10% waste and 0.09 ft³ bag yield, the order rounds to 3 bags.
