What we collect
Account email if you sign in. Project, estimate and quote records you save. Optional contractor logo stored for quotes. Guest drafts stay in this browser and are not stored on the server unless you save an account.
Guest material-list PDF
When you download a material-list PDF, the current calculator measurements, selected units and currency, and any included optional costs are sent to our server to generate the file. This feature returns the PDF directly and does not save those inputs or the file to an account or database. The downloaded file includes your measurements and a link that can reopen them, so share it only with people who should see those values. Service requests may produce technical logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Cookies and analytics
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser preferences store theme, display currency and units. Google Analytics 4 runs automatically on public information and calculator pages to measure visits and tool use; there is no acceptance banner. Analytics is excluded from embeds, admin, sign-in, projects, estimates and quote pages. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable our analytics, and a previously saved decline remains respected until it expires. We do not record an automatic visit as an accepted consent choice. Google advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. Generic account-creation and quote-export events may be queued in this browser session and sent when you next visit a public page; they contain no account identity, client information or quote amounts. Our manually emitted tool-action events remove URL query values and fragments and do not include measurements or prices. Google automatic visit measurement may include page URLs; shared calculator URLs contain their input values. Do not put personal or private project information in public URLs. Administrator analytics use the same public-page and browser-preference restrictions; other administrator-published integrations have their own behavior.
Share tokens
Quote PDFs and share URLs use an unguessable token. Treat those links as private. Do not paste them into public support mail.
Retention
Saved records last while the account exists. Guest drafts last until the browser cache is cleared. Share tokens stop working when you revoke them.
How to delete
Email contact@construclytic.com from the address on the account and ask to delete the account and saved projects. Typical reply 2–3 days. Do not send passwords, private quote links, or payment details to the public inbox.
