This calculator uses measured floor area, an explicit waste allowance and a user-entered material rate to create a preliminary material-only planning cost.
FLOOR-COST-001 prices a stated floor area at the rate you type, after a visible allowance. It is not a carton takeoff. Keep packages on the product line, then price them here.
Worked example. Example: a 252 ft² floor at $3.50/ft² with 10% allowance yields a $970.20 material-only planning estimate.
